Job Description

  • Providing comprehensive executive support to the Chief Strategy Officer
  • Managing complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination
  • Organising domestic travel, event logistics, and executive itineraries
  • Preparing briefing materials, presentations, correspondence, and reports
  • Coordinating leadership team meetings, agendas, and action tracking
  • Supporting governance, strategic planning, and executive administration requirements
  • Managing confidential and sensitive information with a high level of professionalism
  • Acting as a key liaison with internal and external stakeholders, including government, industry, and executive contacts
  • Contributing to team effectiveness through proactive problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives

The Successful Applicant

  • Demonstrated experience supporting C-suite executives or senior leadership teams
  • Exceptional diary management and organisational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A high level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail
  • The ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines effectively
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management capabilities

Highly Regarded:

  • Previous experience supporting government officials or government-facing teams
  • Experience working within government, public policy, infrastructure, regulated industries, or corporate affairs environments
  • Exposure to government relations, public affairs, or strategic communications functions
