We're not your average barbershop. Fenrir Barbers is a fresh, vibrant brand coming to Varsity Lakes and we're on the hunt for talented, passionate barbers to grow with us from the ground up. Our shop will soon undergo a full renovation — so you'll be walking into something brand new, built the right way, with a team that actually cares about our craft and our culture.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING -

1. Delivering premium barbering services including precision cuts, skin fades, classic and contemporary styles, beard trims, shaping and traditional shaving services using scissors, clippers and razors.
2. Consulting with clients on their preferred look, hair type and grooming needs, and providing professional advice on hairstyles, beard care, hair care and suitable grooming products.
3. Preparing clients for services, including shampooing and conditioning where required, and ensuring each service is finished and styled to the high standard expected in a premium boutique barbershop.
4. Building genuine relationships with a growing and loyal clientele and delivering a personalised experience that keeps clients coming back.
5. Maintaining exceptional standards of presentation, hygiene and professionalism, including cleaning and sanitising tools, equipment and your workstation between clients.
6. Managing client appointments and assisting with payments and day-to-day customer service as required.
7. Recommending and upselling premium hair and grooming products naturally based on each client's needs — no hard sell, just knowledgeable advice and good conversation.
8. Contributing to a positive, professional shop culture where quality craftsmanship, attention to detail and the overall client experience come first.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR -

1. Someone who takes pride in their work and loves the industry Great with people — you're the kind of person clients remember.
2. Reliable, punctual and a team player. Part time or full time — we're flexible for the right person.
3. Minimum qualifications - Trade qualification (cert III or IV) or apprenticeship or at least three years of relevant experience. Minimum experience - At least one years experience working in a boutique barbershop.
