Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Manage a small, tidy portfolio (120 properties)
- Handle lease renewals, rent reviews, arrears & maintenance
- Conduct routines, entry & exit inspections
- Open homes and application processing (with team support)
- Maintain proactive communication with owners & tenants
- Represent at QCAT when required
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Property Management
- QLD Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Reliable vehicle and valid Driver’s Licence
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Professional, polished and confident communicator
- Passion for delivering great service and being part of a team
