Australian Training Works (ATW) is seeking expressions of interest from motivated candidates who would like to be considered for upcoming Business Administration traineeships with a range of our host employers across Cairns and Far North Queensland.
This EOI is for people who are keen to build a long-term career in business, office administration, customer service, and professional support roles.

You will be employed by ATW while completing a Certificate III in Business, gaining nationally recognised qualifications while working in a real office environment.
This is a full-time role combining paid work with structured training.
What you’ll be doing
Duties will vary by host employer but may include:

Reception and front-desk support

Answering phones and responding to emails
-
Data entry and record keeping
-
Filing, scanning and document management
-
Assisting with payroll, invoicing or accounts
-
Supporting managers and team members
-
Customer service and stakeholder engagement
-
Using office software such as Word, Excel and email systems
