PROPERTY MANAGER | $80–90K + SUPER Looking for a quality portfolio without the chaos?
Take over an established 160–180 property portfolio across Ivanhoe, Fairfield, Greensborough & Northcote. The portfolio is in great shape, with no trust accounting, no leasing responsibilities and strong APM/Leasing support around you.
What's on offer?
- $80–90K + Super
- 9am–5:30pm, Monday–Friday
- 1 day WFH after probation
- 1 in 4–5 Saturdays + day off in lieu
- 2 Leasing/APM support staff
- Fortnightly PM training
- No trust accounting
- Excellent career stability & progression
About You:
You'll have 2–3+ years PM experience, strong Victorian legislation/VCAT knowledge, an Agent's Representative Certificate and confidence managing a portfolio independently.
LEASING ASSISTANT / APM | $60–70K + SUPER Want to get your foot in the door of Property Management?
This is the perfect opportunity for someone new to real estate or early in their career who wants genuine training and a pathway into Junior PM within 1–2 years.

About You:

Work alongside successful residential Sales Agents, getting hands-on exposure to prospecting, inspections, auctions, marketing and the full sales process.

About You:
