As we continue to grow our Hurstville Toyota operation, we are looking to introduce a dedicated Finance & Aftermarket Business Manager to support the next stage of the business's development.
This hybrid role will focus on driving finance, insurance and aftermarket sales across South Hurstville Used Cars, while also providing finance and aftermarket support to the Hurstville New Car operation during rostered days off (RDOs), annual leave and other periods requiring additional coverage.
You'll play a key role in maximising dealership profitability by identifying opportunities to increase finance and aftermarket sales, achieving penetration targets and delivering a seamless vehicle purchasing experience for customers.
Working closely with both sales teams, you'll act as the key liaison between customers, lenders, insurers and dealership departments, ensuring all transactions are managed professionally, ethically and in accordance with responsible lending obligations, compliance requirements and dealership policies.
Skills and Experience
Essential:
- Previous experience in automotive finance and insurance sales
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- High level or financial literacy
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Intermediate computer skills and dealership management system experience
Desirable:
- Experience within a franchised automotive dealership
- Knowledge of lender platforms and finance systems
- Certificate IV in Financial and Mortgage Broking or related qualification
- AFCA, ASIC or financial industry training experience
