FIFO SECURITY OFFICER – RELIEVER | WEIPA
- Experienced security officer? Step into supervisory duties when required and build on your leadership experience.
- Want FIFO variety? Work a 7 on, 7 off day/night roster and support other FIFO or South East QLD sites when required.
- Want to develop your skills? MSS funds required training, modules and certifications.
- Flexible and ready to travel? Be prepared to work across different sites and stay on site for up to 14 days when required.
MSS Security is seeking an experienced Full-Time FIFO Security Officer – Reliever for our client site in Weipa.
About you:
- Full Australian working rights.
- Current QLD Security Licence – Unarmed, Crowd Control & Monitoring.
- Previous security experience and confidence undertaking supervisory duties.
- Full manual QLD driver's licence.
- Current First Aid & CPR.
- Willing to travel and cover other FIFO/South East QLD sites.
- Willing to complete MSS-funded training and pass a client-specific medical.
What you'll be doing:
- Conduct mobile/foot patrols, lock-up/unlock and access control.
- Manage visitor inductions, access cards, bag and vehicle searches.
- Monitor CCTV and respond to security incidents and unauthorised access.
- Provide camp security support and undertake supervisory duties when required.
