- 12hr day shifts only
- FIFO from Perth
WorkPac are currently seeking FIFO Site Supervisors from Perth on a 2/1 roster. This role is $70 p/h, must have S26 & seeking a civil background.

What You Will Be Doing
- Supervising and coordinating daily site activities across multiple civil and structural projects
- Planning and allocating labour, plant, materials, and equipment to ensure projects run efficiently
- Monitoring project schedules, safety, quality, and compliance while resolving on-site issues
- Liaising with the Operations Manager, clients, contractors, and site teams to ensure successful project delivery
What you will need
- Statutory Supervisor Certificate - S26
- Previous experience in a Site Supervisor or similar leadership role within the civil industry
- Strong background in formwork, steel fixing, and concreting
- Sound understanding of project delivery, safety, and scheduling
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, SharePoint, and Excel
