The Opportunity
This Finance Business Partner role embedded in the Business Services team, reporting to a Finance Director. You’ll sit alongside the decision-makers – partnering with Executive Directors, Divisional Directors and operational leaders to turn numbers into strategy. Broad scope. Real visibility. What You’ll Be Doing
- Own the numbers – budgeting, forecasting, month-end reporting and variance commentary
- Build financial models that drive real decisions – business cases, new initiatives, investment analysis
- Be the trusted finance voice for your divisions – present insights, challenge thinking, add value
- Deliver high-quality performance reporting against financial and activity targets each month
- Support year-end processes and compliance with relevant accounting standards
- Drive process improvement and help lift financial literacy across the organisation
About You
You’re a commercially sharp finance professional who thrives in complex environments. You don’t just report the numbers – you tell the story behind them. You’re confident presenting to senior stakeholders and just as comfortable rolling up your sleeves in Excel.
- 3–4+ years in a Finance Business Partner or commercial finance role
- CA/CPA qualified or working towards it
- Healthcare experience is a real plus
- Strong modelling skills and an eye for detail
- Advanced Excel; Oracle or similar ERP experience is a bonus
