The role
You'll own finance end to end across multiple entities and lead a small team of 2. This is a true all-rounder role: hands-on in the detail, then straight into the room with the GM on commercial decisions.
You'll:
- Own the end-to-end finance function across multiple entities
- Deliver management reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow visibility
- Partner with the GM on commercial insights that support growth
- Drive process and systems improvement
- Lead a lean team of 2, setting priorities and lifting accountability as the business scales
About you
- CA/CPA qualified
- Strong technical accounting background, ideally from a Manager or leadership role
- Comfortable operating autonomously and ready to be the finance lead for the business
- Genuinely hands-on, not someone who sits above the detail
- Confident across multiple entities and improving process and controls
- Proactive and adaptable, suited to a fast-paced growth environment
- Leadership experience, or clearly ready to manage and mentor 2 direct reports
- Strong business partnering instincts with non-finance stakeholders
