What you'll be doing
As part of our Finance team, you'll play an important role in keeping our financial operations running smoothly by:
- Processing high-volume supplier invoices
- Reconciling supplier statements and resolving payment queries
- Maintaining accurate financial records and supporting compliance requirements
- Assisting with financial reporting, audits and month-end processes
- Working closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and leverage technology to increase efficiency

Essential Skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel

- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Optional:
- Experience in finance, accounts administration or accounts payable
- Experience using finance, ERP or invoice-processing systems
- Experience in the aged care, disability or Support at Home sectors
- Understanding of services that support older Australians
