We are partnering with a large, well-established organisation to appoint a technically strong Financial Accounting Manager to support a busy reporting and compliance function. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys owning the numbers, improving controls and working across a complex, multi-entity environment.
Your new role

Lead month-end reporting including group consolidation and variance analysis Maintain strong balance sheet control, including review and approval of reconciliations Oversee statutory reporting and tax compliance (FBT, income tax, and regulatory returns)Manage and develop a small finance team Act as key contact for external auditors and tax advisors Drive process improvements across reporting, controls and governance

What you'll need to succeed
CA/CPA qualified with strong financial accounting foundationsProven experience in a corporate or multi-entity environmentStrong technical reporting, compliance and reconciliation expertiseConfident stakeholder engagement skillsPrior team leadership or supervisory experience preferredWhat you'll get in return
