Job Description
- Provide leadership and oversight across financial control, management reporting, and finance transformation activities.
- Review and reconcile bridge financial statements, ensuring alignment between audit adjustments and monthly financial reporting.
- Validate financial data, reporting outputs, and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and integrity throughout the ERP transition.
- Lead finance involvement in the migration from Microsoft GP to Oracle, including system mapping and process alignment.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve reporting discrepancies, data quality issues, and control weaknesses.
- Strengthen the financial control environment by improving governance, reconciliation processes, and accountability frameworks.
- Partner with the CFO, ERP Lead, and key stakeholders to deliver reliable Executive and Board-level reporting.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to align statutory, management, and operational reporting requirements across the business.
The Successful Applicant
- CA/CPA qualified with significant industry experience as a senior Financial Controller/Group FC
- Immediately available
- Proven track record operating within complex, fast-paced environments, particularly during periods of transformation, change, or system implementation.
- Experience supporting ERP implementations or finance system migrations would be a bonus
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to identify data integrity issues, reporting inconsistencies, and control gaps, and drive effective solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior executives and present confidently to Executive and Board-level audiences.
- Highly resilient, adaptable, and hands-on, with the capacity to deliver outcomes and maintain high standards in a challenging environment where systems, processes, and controls require significant improvement.
