Finishes Foreman (6+ month Contract)
- Manage a team of subcontractors to ensure project completion on time and within budget.
- Coordinate materials, equipment, schedules, and safety measures on site.

Buildability is a recruitment company that focuses on providing quality personnel to large Tier 1 and Tier 2 Builders & contractors in Sydney and across NSW.
We’re seeking a strong Finishes Foreman on a contract agreement to help a team close out a detailed and mid-rise multi-unit residential apartment build in the Hornsby area.
PROJECT AVAILABLE:
- Mixed-use multi-unit residential units
- Tier 2 Builder
- Immediate start
- 5-day work week (Site closed on Saturdays!)
- 6+ month opportunity carrying you into April 2027
- Potential to move to another project close upon completion
WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage a team of subcontractors to bring a project in on time and on budget
- The daily management and coordination of materials, equipment, schedules and safety of employees and the general public
- The liaison between the client and sub-contractor
- Assisting in the development of the project instructions
- Maintaining communication with superiors and subcontractors
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- A trade carpenter or tertiary qualification in construction
- Keen eye for high-quality workmanship and ability hold subcontractors accountable
- Proven track record working with a reputable contractor
- Previous history working on luxury residential new build projects (units or luxury homes)
- Tier 1 or 2 commercial or defence experience
- Relevant OH&S and IR knowledge
- Solid organisation and communication skills
- Proven experience as a Foreman – Contactable references
