About the Role:
We are seeking a Fixed Plant Maintenance Fitter to join an industry leading concrete pipe company in the Yatala Region. If you have a passion for manufacturing and maintenance fitting and want to be part of a great team this is the role for you.
This is on of Australias largest producers of concrete products and pride themselves on the work and quality of the products they create across commercial, residential and industrial space.
Job Details:
- Night Shift Only Role
- $45-$50 + loading + OT with payrise once settled in
- Located Yatala
- Full Time Permanent position
- Shift 8pm-6am
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily corrective and preventive maintenance tasks.
- Execute general maintenance scheduling activities.
- Provide feedback to management on equipment performance and suggestions for improvement.
- Troubleshooting equipment faults and participating in root cause analysis activities
- Support production schedules by minimising downtime through timely maintenance interventions.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality assurance practices in all maintenance and repair activities.
Requirements
- Relevant Trade Qualifications
- Forklift, EWP, Confined Space and Working at Heights tickets desired but not required
- Prior maintenance fitter experience
- Ability to read and work from plans/drawings
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Physical stamina and dexterity to perform tasks that may involve lifting, bending, and operating machinery.
- Current drivers licence and reliable transport
