Thanks to ongoing, stable growth, we're on the lookout for experienced Foremen to join our Gold Coast team. If you're a self-motivated, hands-on Foreman seeking a long-term career with a successful builder that has a strong pipeline of projects, we’d love to hear from you.

What We’re Looking For

You’re a confident leader who takes ownership and thrives in a team environment. You know how to plan ahead, drive progress on-site, and keep things running safely, smoothly, and on time.

• Proven ability to build strong relationships with subcontractors, aligning on safety, quality, and productivity.
• A proactive planner — you manage your own look-aheads and keep projects on track.
• You enjoy a fast-paced environment with diverse challenges that help you grow.
• You’re hands-on, present on-site, and work closely with your team to achieve shared goals.
• Excellent communicator — you build trust and rapport with everyone on-site.
• Solid IT proficiency, including the use of construction and compliance software tools.
• Proven experience as a Foreman on projects of similar scale and complexity to McNab (across both structure and finishes).
• Carpentry trade background.

It will be your priority to achieve overall safe management, performance and successful delivery of projects on time and on budget, progressing your career while doing it!
