The Opportunity
SEE Group have a great career opportunity available for a Civil Foreman to join our highly professional and skilled Urban Development team. This is a diverse and fast-paced role that will see you working closely with the Site Supervisor to manage the day-to-day on-site activities to deliver effective and cost-efficient project outcomes. This is a full-time role based on projects in the greater Ipswich region.
The successful applicant will be suitably qualified and experienced with previous civil construction experience. Ideally, you will have successfully delivered residential subdivision projects, or have worked across small road, earthworks, services, utilities, or other suitable infrastructure projects.
Essential Skills and Attributes
Background in Plant Operation, Construction and Delivery processes and experience in actual project delivery.
The ability to read, interpret and quantify project plans, standards and specifications effectively and communicate this information to the Site Supervisor/s as required.
Highly effective planning, organising and problem-solving skills together with the ability to indirectly lead, motivate and influence others.
Strong safety initiative and knowledge.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
