Forklift Drivers & Warehouse General Hands
- Operate a counterbalance forklift to load and unload freight.
- Assist with freight loading and dispatch while following safety procedures.
- Complete general warehouse duties and maintain a clean work environment.
Our client is looking for reliable Forklift Drivers and Warehouse General Hands to join their team at their Sydney depot in Erskine Park.
These are ongoing opportunities with full-time hours available, working in a chilled warehouse environment. The warehouse is chilled (0–2°C), with cold-room PPE provided by our client.
Shift Times
Shifts are available Monday to Friday, with morning starts at 6am or 9am and afternoon starts at 2pm or 4pm, with Saturday overtime potentially available.
Pay
Rates including casual loading are $33.59 per hour for Level 1 day, $38.29 for Level 1 afternoon, $34.79 for Level 3 day and $39.66 for Level 3 afternoon.

Forklift Drivers
- Operate a counterbalance forklift to load and unload freight.
- Assist with freight loading and dispatch.
- Follow safe loading and load restraint procedures.
- Complete general warehouse duties when required.
- Must complete a practical competency assessment before commencing.
Warehouse General Hands
- Load and unload freight.
- Move and organise stock.
- Assist with warehouse and dispatch duties.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Skills and Requirements
- Previous warehouse or freight-handling experience.
- Current LF forklift licence required for forklift positions.
- Counterbalance forklift experience.
- Freight loading experience is highly regarded.
- Knowledge of load weights and load restraint, including boards and pogo bars, is an advantage.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work well in a team.
- Workers may be subject to random drug and alcohol testing, or testing following an incident or where there is reasonable suspicion.
