We’re currently seeking an experienced Forklift Operator / Warehouse All-Rounder to join a busy and well-established box manufacturing operation in North Richmond.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is confident operating forklifts, enjoys a varied warehouse role and is looking for ongoing Monday–Friday work with consistent hours and the potential for regular overtime.

🚜 YOUR ROLE

This is a hands-on position with a variety of warehouse responsibilities.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Operating Counterbalance and High Reach forklifts

• Safely moving and storing stock throughout the warehouse

• Loading and unloading trucks and deliveries

• Picking and packing customer orders

• Using RF scanners to locate and track inventory

• Transferring stock between facilities when required

• Assisting with general warehouse and production-related tasks

• Keeping stock organised and warehouse areas tidy

• Following all workplace health, safety and operational procedures

• Working closely with the warehouse team to keep daily operations running smoothly

🎯 WHAT YOU'LL BRING

To be successful in this position, you’ll have:

• A current LF Forklift Licence – essential

• At least 12 months' recent forklift operating experience

• Strong experience operating Counterbalance and High Reach forklifts

• Previous experience with RF scanning

• Pick packing and general warehouse experience

• The ability to safely load, unload and relocate stock

• A strong focus on safety and accuracy

• Reliable attendance and a positive attitude

• Good communication and the ability to work effectively within a team

• A willingness to get involved and assist wherever needed

📆 Casual ongoing employment
💰 Overtime opportunities may be available
