Forklift Operators (Clamp & Counterbalance) 
 
 
Our client based in port botany, is a leading supply chain and packaging provider. We are seeking two experienced and reliable Forklift Operators for an immediate start at their high-volume Port Botany facility.

The Roster 

• Training: First 2 weeks on Day Shift (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM). 
• Ongoing Roster: Rotating shift pattern of 4 nights on, 4 off, 4 days on, 4 off. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Operating Counterbalance forklifts equipped with clamp attachments. 
• Moving, loading, and unloading product, packaging, or palliated stock. 
• Bundling, wrapping, and preparing freight for dispatch. 
• Adhering strictly to site safety protocols and warehouse workflows. 

Requirements 

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of continuous experience operating Forklifts. 
• Attachment Skills: Proven competency with clamp attachments is highly regarded. 
• Licence: Current, valid Australian LF Forklift licence. 
• Location: Must live somewhat local to Port Botany to manage the rotating shift changes reliably. 
• Availability: Must be able to commit to the 4-on, 4-off day/night rotation long-term.
