ProQuest Recruitment is seeking experienced Reach Forklift Drivers to join a new distribution centre in Cranbourne. This is a great opportunity for confident operators looking for consistent work on a project expected to run through to the end of the year, with a review after the first four weeks.
We’re looking for solid, reliable operators who take pride in their work and can commit to the project for its duration.
About the Role
- Operating a sit-down reach forklift with a steering wheel
- Putting away stock within a new distribution centre
- Working with racking up to 11 metres high
- Maintaining safe and accurate stock placement
- Following site safety procedures and warehouse processes
- Working consistently as part of the same team throughout the project
Shift Details
- Location: Cranbourne
- Start date: Monday, 19 October
- Hourly rate: $37 per hour
- Hours: 7.6 hours per day
- Start times: One position commencing at 7:00 am and the other at 8:00 am
- Duration: Expected to run until the end of the year, subject to a review after the first four weeks
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience operating a reach forklift confidently and safely
- Experience putting away stock in a warehouse or distribution centre
- Confidence working at height, including racking up to 11 metres
- A strong focus on safety, accuracy and attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and a positive work attitude
- The ability to commit to the project for its duration
Please note: We are looking for experienced operators who can demonstrate strong reach forklift skills. This role is not suitable for candidates with only basic or limited reach experience.
