About the Role:
As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for coordinating and handling freight movements using a forklift within a busy logistics environment. This hands-on role involves loading and unloading trucks, checking freight documentation, and ensuring the safe and efficient flow of goods across the site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate various sized forklifts to transport materials.
- General yard work
- Assisting with incoming and outbound freight
- Loading and unloading of trucks and containers.
- Maintain safety standards and adhere to operational protocols.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- A valid Australian Drivers Licence + reliable transport.
- High risk work licence - LF (forklift).
- Proven yard or warehouse experience.
- Physically fit.
- Experience operating high reach forklift (advantageous).
