The Role:
- Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing FOH team
- Be hands-on across the floor, keeping service running smoothly and customers happy
- Set the standard for great service and lead by example every shift
- Manage the team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Monitor labour costs, wastage and daily operational performance to help keep the store financially on track
- Support day-to-day operations and work closely with the Area Manager
- Maintain strong food safety, HACCP and sanitation standards
- Contribute to an environment where the team actually enjoys coming to work
What We're Looking For
- Experience as a Front of House Manager, Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager within QSR or fast food outlets
- A confident, outgoing personality with plenty of energy
- Someone who genuinely enjoys being on the floor and encouraging a team
- Excellent customer service skills and a real hands-on approach
- High work ethic, self-motivated and calm under pressure
- Good understanding of HACCP, food safety and high-volume food operations
- An ambitious leader who knows how to get the best out of people and themself
