Occupational Therapist (OT)

• Location: Toowoomba, QLD (Community-Based + WFH)

• Salary: $75,000 – $105,000 + Super + $5,000 Car Allowance + Performance Bonuses

• Work Type: Full-Time (8:00 AM – 5:30 PM) or Part-Time (Minimum 3 days/week)

What the Role Looks Like

• Delivering high-quality, evidence-based OT assessments (functional capacity, sensory, housing, equipment) and interventions within the Toowoomba community.

• Managing a diverse, mixed-demographic caseload tailored to your clinical interests and experience.

• Collaborating with families, support networks, and multidisciplinary teams to achieve outstanding client outcomes.

• Completing comprehensive reports, progress notes, and assistive technology (AT) applications with the flexibility to write them from home.

About You

• Qualifications: Relevant tertiary degree in Occupational Therapy and active general registration with AHPRA.

• Experience: We are highly open to New Graduates! Our structured onboarding and buddy system are designed to transition you seamlessly into community practice.

• Attributes: A compassionate, client-centered approach, excellent communication skills, and a desire to continuously learn.

• Requirements: A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable, registered vehicle.
