Occupational Therapist - Community-based and Hybrid (New Graduate to Mid-senior)

Location: Brisbane and Ipswich, QLD

Salary: $75,000 – $105,000 + $5,000 Car Allowance + Super + Performance Bonuses

Work Type: Full-Time or Part-Time (Minimum 3 days/week)

Work Setting: Hybrid (Community-based visits + Work From Home for admin/reporting)

About You

This role is specifically structured to nurture and develop clinicians at the start of their journey.

• Experience Level: Open to New Graduates and Junior Clinicians looking for exceptional, structured support.

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Allied Health and appropriate professional registration (AHPRA or SPA membership).

• A positive, proactive attitude and a desire to learn.

• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
