Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable full-stack solutions.
- Develop responsive, high-performance front-end interfaces.
- Build clean, reusable back-end code, APIs, and microservices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Perform unit, integration, and API testing; support releases and fixes.
- Develop and optimise RESTful APIs and system performance end-to-end.
- Provide production support and ensure system reliability.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and WHS standards.
Essential Skills
- 5+ years’ experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong front-end skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular, TypeScript).
- Back-end experience (Node.js, Java, Spring Boot).
- Experience with RESTful APIs and cloud-based systems.
- Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with cloud (AWS/Azure), microservices, Docker, Kubernetes.
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
- Proficiency in Git and modern development practices.
- Agile/Scrum experience.
Desirable
- Prior experience in the insurance or healthcare domain is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager
