The Role
As a Full-Time Bus Driver, you'll safely transport passengers while delivering a friendly and professional customer experience. You'll be the face of Ventura in the community and help ensure our passengers arrive safely and on time.
We offer a rotating roster with a variety of shifts, including:
- Early morning shifts
- Afternoon and evening shifts
- Weekend work
- Penalty rates and overtime opportunities
What We're Looking For
- Current Victorian Heavy Vehicle Licence
- Safe driving history
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to safety and professionalism
- Ability to obtain Driver Accreditation (DC)
- Ability to obtain a Working With Children Check (WWCC)
Heavy vehicle driving experience is highly regarded but not essential. If you've got the right attitude, we'll provide the training and support to help you succeed.
