The role

You’ll build genuine relationships with customers, understand their needs and help them find the right sleep solution.

You’ll also:

• Deliver an awesome customer experience
• Work towards sales targets and KPIs
• Merchandise bedroom displays
• Assist with stock and general store operations
• Use our computer and point-of-sale systems

You’ll work across agreed weekdays, weekends and public holidays as part of the store roster.

What you’ll bring

• Retail experience in selling big ticket items (preferred, but not essential) 
• Customer-centric behaviours 
• Confident and professional communication skills 
• The ability to use a computer 
• The hunger to achieve sales targets and KPI's
• The necessary fitness to walk the floor throughout the day and the physical strength to carry heavy stock safely, from time to time.
