About the Role
An exciting opportunity is available for a motivated retail professional to join the Cairns team as a Third in Charge on a permanent, full-time basis. Working Sunday to Thursday, you will support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with daily operations, team support, and maintaining high store standards. This is a hands-on role combining visual merchandising, stock management, and operational responsibilities, with occasional support across other stores in the network. Ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and is ready to step up in their retail career.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in retail operations, store support, or a supervisory role
- Strong visual merchandising skills and an eye for presentation
- Leadership ability with confidence supporting and motivating team members
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Comfortable with hands-on duties, including stock handling and setting up displays
- Flexibility to assist across multiple store locations when required
- Familiarity with retail systems and point-of-sale platforms
- Retail management qualifications or equivalent supervisory experience desirable
