📍 North Richmond, NSW | 🌙 Night Shift | Casual Ongoing Position

Are you someone who enjoys physical work and isn't afraid of heavy lifting?

We're looking for a reliable General Hand to join a busy manufacturing team in North Richmond. This is a physically demanding role where you'll be working alongside production operators, helping keep the production line moving and ensuring products are prepared safely and efficiently.

If you're dependable, have a strong work ethic, and enjoy staying active throughout your shift, we'd love to hear from you.

💪 About the Role

Your duties will include:

• Heavy lifting and manual handling throughout the shift

• Assisting with production and manufacturing processes

• Loading, unloading and stacking materials

• Feeding products into machinery

• General labouring and production support

• Keeping the work area clean and organised

• Following all workplace health and safety procedures

⚠️ Physical Requirements

This is a labour-intensive position and applicants must be comfortable with:

• Repetitive heavy lifting throughout the shift

• Frequent bending, twisting, reaching and carrying

• Standing and walking for extended periods

• Working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

• Completing physically demanding tasks safely and efficiently

✅ What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse or labouring roles is highly regarded

• Physically fit and capable of repetitive heavy lifting

• Reliable with excellent attendance

• Positive attitude and willingness to work hard

• Able to follow instructions and work well within a team

• Strong commitment to workplace safety

• Available to work permanent night shift
