Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, this pivotal role calls for a strategic changemaker - an ambitious, authentic leader empowered to challenge the status quo, elevate operational standards, and redefine catering excellence on a national scale.
As General Manager, you will be responsible for delivering our strategic objectives and be accountable for maximising the overall profitability of the Urban sector through the dynamic management of our service delivery, strategic resources, and high-performing operational teams.

Key Strategic Responsibilities
- Craft and execute bold sector strategies, business plans, and financial roadmaps in direct alignment with company vision and values.
- Mentor and energise a high-performing, nationwide operational team, instilling accountability through clear KPIs and proactive capability coaching.
- Own full P&L accountability for the division, diligently managing financial reporting, site profitability, and rapid turnaround strategies for underperforming assets.
- Partner closely with Business Development to forge winning client solutions, lead key tenders, steer seamless site mobilisations, and secure high-value contract renewals.
- Leverage industry insights to anticipate market shifts, foster strategic partner networks, and position Cater Care at the forefront of sector innovation.
