You'll lead a dedicated team across bar, bistro, gaming, bottle shop and functions, ensuring exceptional customer experiences while maintaining operational excellence. This role suits a visible, hands-on manager who enjoys being on the floor, connecting with customers and staff, and driving business performance in a relaxed country setting.
Your Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience managing a pub, hotel, tavern, or hospitality venue
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, coach, and retain great teams
- Experience managing venue financials, budgets, rostering, and cost controls
- Sound knowledge of hospitality compliance, liquor licensing, and gaming operations
