Glaziers - Glass Manufacturing & Installation
We are currently recruiting for experienced Glaziers to join an established glass and window manufacturing business South of the River.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both hands-on manufacturing/fabrication and site-based installation, with work split between the factory and customer/project sites.
We're looking for Glaziers with solid industry experience who can confidently work with glass, aluminium, windows and doors, from fabrication and preparation through to installation.
What's On Offer
- $40–$55 per hour, depending on experience
- Full-time – 38 hours per week
- Overtime opportunities available
- Opportunity to undertake further qualifications, including Master Glazier
- Access to a company ute for work-related travel
- Combination of factory manufacturing and site-based installation

About the Role
This is a varied role covering both glass manufacturing/fabrication and glazing installation.
Your day-to-day work may include:
- Glass cutting, processing and preparation
- Glass and aluminium fabrication
- Window and door manufacturing
- Assembly of windows, doors and glass products
- Measuring and interpreting drawings/specifications
- Quality checking and finishing
- Manual handling and safe handling of glass
- Using hand and power tools
- Residential and commercial glazing installation
- Window and door installation
- Site-based fitting and finishing
- Working within a factory/workshop environment
- Maintaining high standards of quality and safety
What We're Looking For
We're ideally seeking Glaziers with 3–5+ years of relevant experience, particularly candidates who have experience across both manufacturing/fabrication and installation.
You will ideally have:
- Trade Qualified - Highly desirable
- Recognised Glazing trade qualification
- Current drivers licence
- Strong hands-on glazing experience
- Experience in glass, window or aluminium manufacturing
- Experience with fabrication, assembly and/or installation
- Strong commitment to quality and safety
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Candidates who are already qualified are encouraged to apply. We're also interested in experienced Glaziers who are open to completing further qualifications, including Master Glazier.
