GP - General Practitioner - Woolloongabba - 70% (flexible role)

Dynamic opportunity for part-time doctor with ownership in mind. 70% split + BBPIP initiative 12.5%. Smooth operator, long established success!

Highly unique opportunity available, minutes from Woolloongabba! Ideal offer for FRACGP qualified Doctor, without moratorium restrictions. Enjoy bringing-in a minimum of 2k gross per day, plus the 6.25% of gross bulk billings, paid quarterly on-top of ordinary billings. An hourly rate of $180 is negotiable for the initial 3 months.

An incoming GP will be well-supported, working alongside a knowledgeable and experienced team of fellows, who are long established Doctors of 20 plus years. The demographic of patients is largely diverse, however majority of patients are in the younger age groups, highly educated, with affluent inner-city backgrounds. Group households, de facto couples without children, and young singles make up the majority of living arrangements. The area has excellent proximity to highly desirable grammar schools and major university campuses.

This clinic is exemplary in retaining doctors and staff, which is evident in the long tenures, exceeding 20 years of service. This retention is testament to the way the clinic operates and the easygoing collegiality and camaraderie it supports. This clinic has successfully operated for 40 years!

This opportunity will be perfect for a GP couple, where both parties can enjoy working part-time, with a direct line to ownership, within 4-5 years time. Alternatively a GP with children at the grammar school, who seeks part-time, flexible school hours (with no interest in ownership) will do equally well.
