About the Role
Griffon ANZ is looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract, with the potential to extend for the right candidate.
Reporting to the Graphic Design Manager, you'll play a key role in developing creative assets across a diverse portfolio of consumer brands and products. You'll work closely with Product Managers, Marketing and cross-functional teams to deliver engaging and commercially effective design solutions.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing packaging, point-of-sale materials, digital assets, product imagery and marketing collateral
- Creating and maintaining brand assets and visual brand guidelines
- Preparing artwork for print production and packaging execution
- Supporting website content and digital design projects
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to bring new product launches and campaigns to life
- Ensuring all creative outputs align with brand standards and project timelines
- Contributing innovative ideas and staying up to date with design trends and technologies
About You
We're looking for someone who combines creativity with strong attention to detail and project management skills.
You'll bring:
- 2+ years' experience in a Graphic Design role, agency or in-house
- Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop)
- Experience creating packaging artwork, print materials and digital assets
- Knowledge of print production processes, file preparation and pre-press requirements
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, collaborative approach and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with website content management systems such as WordPress (desirable)
