Are you a Graphic Designer who loves fashion, great design, and finding smarter ways to bring creative ideas to life? A premium fashion brand is looking for a Graphic Designer & AI Creative Specialist to join their team and take ownership of creative across digital, social, eCommerce, and campaigns.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being hands-on, has a strong eye for detail, and is curious about how AI can enhance the creative process. You’ll have the opportunity to create beautiful brand assets while experimenting with new tools, ideas, and ways of working.

Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you’ll be involved in everything from campaign concepts and photoshoot support to website design, social content, and AI-powered creative projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES +

What you’ll be doing:

• Creating engaging creative assets across social media, eCommerce, EDMs, paid media, and campaigns
• Developing campaign concepts, moodboards, and visual direction
• Supporting photoshoots and ensuring content is captured with the right creative vision
• Designing website assets, banners, landing pages, and digital experiences
• Creating print materials including catalogues, signage, and promotional assets
• Working closely with marketing and digital teams to bring ideas from concept through to execution
• Testing and implementing AI tools to enhance design workflows and create new content opportunities
• Keeping across fashion, design, and digital trends to keep creative fresh and relevant

REQUIREMENTS +

• 5+ years’ experience in graphic or digital design, ideally within fashion, retail, luxury, or eCommerce
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital design, campaigns, and creative storytelling
• Advanced Adobe Creative Cloud skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma; After Effects/Premiere Pro a bonus)
• Experience with AI tools or a genuine interest in exploring how AI can support creativity
• Strong understanding of digital content, social media, and online customer experiences
• Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Someone who brings ideas to the table, takes feedback well, and enjoys collaborating with a team
