We design and supply high-quality aluminium products and operate warehouses in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth.

As part of ongoing business growth and a major redevelopment of our Fairfield facility, we are focused on strengthening our financial and operational leadership to support continued expansion, inventory management and commercial decision-making across multiple locations.

Job summary:

As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for developing high-quality visual communication materials that strengthen the company's brand identity across digital and print platforms. Working closely with the marketing, product development and sales teams, you will create engaging visual solutions that support product launches, promotional campaigns and the company's continued national growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design marketing and promotional materials for both digital and print platforms, including brochures, catalogues, flyers, advertisements and product manuals.
  2. Create artwork for social media, website banners, EDMs and other promotional materials in line with the company's branding.
  3. Prepare artwork and production files for printing, signage, packaging and exhibition displays.
  4. Develop graphics, product illustrations and technical drawings for new products and product information sheets.
  5. Maintain and apply the company's branding across marketing materials, product packaging and other customer-facing communications.
  6. Work closely with the marketing, sales and product teams to produce design materials that support product launches and promotional activities.
  7. Liaise with external printers, signage companies and other suppliers to ensure artwork is produced accurately and to a high standard.
  8. Update and maintain the company's graphic design files, templates and image library.
  9. Assist with photography editing, image retouching and preparation of marketing visuals where required.
  10. Keep design software and skills up to date and contribute new design ideas to support the company's ongoing growth.

Qualification, Skill and experience:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant major

·Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

·Experience in print and digital media, including but not limited to lookbooks, booklets, packaging, flyers, posters, EDMs, web graphics, paid ads and social media content

· Intermediate to advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud Apps, namely Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
