Groups Travel Consultant - Inbound Travel Company | Sydney

THE ROLE
⭐Design and propose comprehensive yet balanced group tour itineraries that meet clients' criteria and budget
⭐Assist overseas agents' queries via email, system messages and phone calls
⭐Respond to agents in a timely manner
⭐Go above and beyond to make each excursion perfect and memorable

THE MUST HAVES
✔Minimum 1-2 year inbound/domestic tourism experience
✔Previous groups consulting experience
✔Excellent customer service skills
✔Ability to work well under pressure and unsupervised
✔Excellent written and oral communication skills
✔Strong attention to detail
✔Exceptional organisation and time management skills
