Head of Manufacturing – Botany, Sydney NSW – Permanent Full-Time

An established Australian food & beverage manufacturer is seeking an experienced Head of Manufacturing to lead its production, warehousing and distribution operations.

Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will take ownership of manufacturing performance, people leadership, safety, quality and continuous improvement across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing, warehouse and distribution operations
• Drive safety, quality, productivity and cost performance
• Oversee HACCP, food safety and WHS compliance
• Lead and develop production and operational teams
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives across the site
• Manage supplier, contractor and stakeholder relationships
• Support business growth through operational planning and execution

About You

• Proven experience leading manufacturing operations at a senior level
• Background within food, beverage, FMCG or a similar manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of HACCP, quality and safety systems
• Demonstrated success leading teams and driving performance improvements
• Commercially minded with strong leadership and communication skills
• Hands-on approach with a passion for continuous improvement
