We are currently searching for our next superstar Store Leaders!
You support the Store Manager by owning the admin and compliance for the store. You roster most departments, keep the back-office ticking, and make sure the store runs smoothly so your Store Manager can lead from the front. You're the person everyone comes to when something needs sorting.
Responsibilities
- Leading and motivating teams to deliver outstanding service
- Driving sales, margin, stock control and labour performance
- Coaching and developing team members and future leaders
- Ensuring compliance with WHS, food safety and company standards
- Maintaining high visual, quality and presentation standards
- Running the store in the absence of the store manager
About you
We are looking for someone who loves food, with previous experience working in a fresh food retail business. Additionally, we are looking for someone with:
- Experience in retail leadership (supermarket, fresh food or specialty retail highly regarded)
- Customer-focused, hands-on and lead from the front
- Strong communicators who build trust and engagement
- Confident managing performance, change and operational priorities
- Commercially minded with a passion for continuous improvement
