High Reach Forklift Driver | Afternoon Shift | Dandenong South
Are you an experienced High Reach Forklift Driver looking for ongoing, full-time hours with a leading food manufacturing and distribution operation?
We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable High Reach Forklift Driver to join a busy cold storage warehouse based in Dandenong South. This is a casual opportunity offering consistent full-time hours, excellent pay rates, and genuine temp-to-permanent potential for the right candidate.
What's on Offer?
- $39.28 per hour + Super
- Additional $1.35 per hour Cold Storage Allowance
- Weekly pay
- Monday to Friday roster
- Afternoon Shift: 2:00pm - 10:00pm
- Ongoing work with stability

Key Responsibilities
- Operate high reach forklifts safely and efficiently
- Putaways and replenishment of stock within racking systems
- Receive, unload and dispatch goods in accordance with procedures
- Pick and palletise finished products accurately
- Complete cycle counts and inventory checks
- Assist with general warehouse duties as required
- Maintain accurate stock movements using RF scanners and warehouse systems
- Follow all OH&S and site safety requirements
- Work within a chilled warehouse environment (approximately 4°C)
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe work area
About You
To be successful, you will possess:
- Current LF Forklift Licence
- Demonstrated experience operating high reach forklifts in a warehouse environment
- Strong racking and putaway experience
- Double Deep forklift experience highly regarded
- Experience working in cold storage or chilled environments advantageous
- Good understanding of warehouse and logistics operations
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
