We’re currently recruiting for an HR Business Partner on behalf of a respected organisation in the region. This is a fixed term contract opportunity, ideal for someone who enjoys variety, is confident advising across all areas of HR.
You’ll join a close-knit People & Culture team and work in a collaborative, purpose-driven environment that values both expertise and empathy.
About the Role
In this hands-on and trusted advisory role, you’ll partner with managers and stakeholders across the business to support them in delivering great outcomes for their teams. It’s a mix of operational support and strategic input, with plenty of variety and scope to shape how HR is experienced across the organisation.
You’ll provide guidance on a range of people matters including employee relations, performance, workforce planning, and engagement - all while contributing to the design and implementation of people-focused initiatives that are practical, values-aligned, and future-focused.
About You
- 4+ years’ experience in an HR Business Partner or Senior Advisor role
- Confidence in managing ER/IR matters and coaching leaders through challenges
- A strong understanding of current employment legislation and HR best practice
- The ability to work across a diverse stakeholder group with professionalism and care
- A continuous improvement mindset and the confidence to contribute to change
- A genuine, down-to-earth style and a passion for doing HR in a people-first way
