HR Coordinator - 4-6 month opportunity - SCHADS award experience

Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a rewarding opportunity within the not-for-profit sector? We are partnering with a well-respected charity seeking a proactive HR Coordinator to join their team on an initial 4-6 month contract, with potential for extension (4 days a week).

This is a true generalist HR role where you'll support the full employee lifecycle and work closely with leaders across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment and onboarding
• Employee relations support and advice
• HR administration and compliance
• Award interpretation and employment legislation guidance
• Policy and procedure support
• Performance management and employee lifecycle activities
• General HR project and operational support

About You

• Previous experience in a generalist HR role
• Strong employee relations experience
• Recruitment experience across a variety of roles
• Knowledge of the SCHADS Award is highly desirable
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Able to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment
