Action Workforce are recruiting experienced HR Truck Drivers to join a growing team based in Kalgoorlie servicing the surrounding districts.

This role is perfect for someone who loves variety, enjoys interacting with customers, and prefers a job that combines driving with hands-on physical activity.
You will be required to have a solid understanding of Load Restraint practices for this position.
What's on Offer?
✅ Casual Pay Rate: $43.83 per hour + penalties
✅ Peak season approaching with hours of up 8-10 hours per day
✅ Immediate starts available
✅ Full Time Permanent opportunities available on successful completion of probation period.
About the Role:
Multi-drop deliveries of Parcels and General Freight in Kalgoorlie and surrounding regions.
Safe and efficient vehicle operation
Excellent customer service and professionalism
What We're Looking For:
To be successful, you'll have:
✔ A current and valid WA HR Driver's Licence
✔ Minimum demonstrated 6 months' experience in HR delivery driving
✔ Commercial Driver's Medical (or willingness to obtain)
✔ WA Fatigue Management Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
✔ Ability to perform repetitive manual handling duties
✔ Strong commitment to safety and reliability
✔ Good communication skills and attention to detail
✔ A positive attitude and strong work ethic
