HVAC Service and Installation Technician(s) – Commercial Sites

Full-time | $48 – $56 per hour + Super + Vehicle + OT + RDOs
We’re seeking a qualified HVAC Technician to join one of Melbourne’s most respected multi-disciplinary HVAC companies. Founded over 15 years ago and now employing 90+ people across Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane, this business has built a reputation for long-term client relationships, reliable service, and a genuine focus on staff wellbeing.
This is a full-time role working across commercial sites such as gyms, shopping centres, and retail stores, with flexible hours, a fully equipped vehicle (dual cab), and consistent overtime available.

What You’ll Be Doing

Routine servicing, preventative maintenance and inspections
-
Breakdown response and system fault-finding
-
Quoting for repairs, upgrades, and minor works

Electrical troubleshooting and minor repairs
-
Clear documentation and client communication
-
Opportunity to work with the installation division for 30% of workload.
What You’ll Need

Cert III in Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration

Current ARCtick Refrigerant Handling Licence
-
Electrical D Licence
-
Full driver’s licence
-
Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)

Police Check (or willingness to obtain)

Strong work ethic and consistent punctuality are essential.
