We're looking for someone who genuinely cares about people. Someone who brings positive energy, builds trust easily, and is passionate about helping others achieve the best possible outcomes during challenging times.

As our Injury Management Advisor, you'll play a critical role partnering with leaders, injured team members, treating practitioners and external stakeholders to support safe, sustainable return to work outcomes across NSW, ACT and New Zealand. You'll be the go-to expert for injury management, workers' compensation and rehabilitation, helping create positive experiences while driving strong business outcomes.

Success in this role will come from your ability to balance empathy with commercial thinking, influence stakeholders, and build meaningful relationships across a diverse workforce.

Based in Huntingwood with a 4 day on-site presence, you'll enjoy a highly visible role that combines strategy, coaching, claims management and continuous improvement.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead injury management and return to work practices across NSW, ACT and New Zealand operations
  • Coach and support leaders to confidently manage workplace and non-work-related injuries
  • Partner with injured workers, healthcare providers and insurers to achieve successful recovery outcomes
  • Oversee workers' compensation claims, ensuring compliant, timely and cost-effective management
  • Drive early intervention initiatives that improve wellbeing outcomes and reduce claim durations
  • Analyse injury trends and claims data to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with People & Culture, operational leaders and external providers on complex cases
  • Support fitness for work assessments, rehabilitation programs and return to work plans
  • Deliver training and education programs that build injury management capability across the business
  • Contribute to strategic projects, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives

What You'll Bring

Essential Experience

  • Allied Health qualification and experience
  • Return to Work Coordinator Accreditation (ideal)
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Injury Management and Workers' Compensation
  • Strong understanding of return to work legislation and claims management processes
  • Experience working with insurers, medical providers and rehabilitation professionals

The Culture Fit We're Looking For

This role is all about people, so culture fit is incredibly important.

We'd love to hear from you if you're someone who:

  • Naturally builds rapport and trust with people
  • Brings energy, positivity and enthusiasm to your work every day
  • Is empathetic, caring and genuinely invested in helping others succeed
  • Can navigate difficult conversations with compassion and professionalism
