INTEGRATION LEAD – NETSUITE IMPLEMENTATION
- Lead integration design, build, testing, and delivery for a large-scale NetSuite ERP implementation.
- Collaborate with technical teams and vendors to troubleshoot integration issues and ensure effective solutions.
- Manage integration architecture, risks, and costs while coordinating across multiple entities and countries.
We are seeking an experienced Integration Lead to join a large-scale Oracle NetSuite ERP implementation programme spanning multiple entities and countries.
This is a hands-on Integration Lead role. It is not purely focused on strategy, architecture or roadmaps. You will be expected to work closely with technical teams and vendors, troubleshoot integration issues and take ownership of delivery from design through to production.
The Role
The Integration Lead will own the integration workstream from the client side, coordinating internal stakeholders, implementation partners and system integrators.
Key Responsibilities
- Take hands-on ownership of integration design, build, testing, troubleshooting and delivery.
- Lead integration discovery and work directly with technical teams and vendors to deliver solutions.
- Lead the selection and engagement of the Boomi System Integrator.
- Manage connectivity and data extraction requirements, including SQL Server.
- Define and implement integration requirements for additional source systems.
- Coordinate electronic payment file integrations across multiple countries and banking environments.
- Support SuiteAnalytics Connect/ODBC requirements for downstream reporting.
- Troubleshoot complex integration issues and ensure end-to-end solutions operate effectively.
- Maintain integration architecture, risks, scope and costs.
- Establish integration monitoring, support and incident management processes.
- Own integration delivery for subsequent entity and country waves.
About You
We are looking for an Integration Lead who can roll up their sleeves and get into the technical detail, rather than someone whose experience is primarily focused on strategy, governance or roadmap development.
You will have:
- 4+ years' experience leading integrations on ERP or finance system implementations, ideally with iPaaS/middleware platforms (Boomi or equivalent), across multi-phase programmes.
- Strong hands-on experience with iPaaS/middleware, ideally Dell Boomi, MuleSoft.
- Strong understanding of API and file-based integration patterns.
- Experience working directly with technical teams, vendors and external SIs.
- Proven experience troubleshooting and resolving complex integration issues.
- Experience working with legacy databases and data extraction requirements.
- Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to own integrations end-to-end, from design through to build, testing, deployment and production support.
