Job Description
Looking for a bright, friendly professional person to run computer-based English Language tests in the Sydney CBD. All training will be provided.
Essential criteria:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to adhere to test day regulations and procedures
- Sound working knowledge of English
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of both test procedures and candidate information
- Professional presentation
- Sound customer service and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of de-escalation techniques
- Awareness and understanding of cultural issues
- Competent computer skills
- Right to work in Australia
- Eligibility for Working with Children Check
Qualifications
Desirable criteria:
- Current or previous certification as Pearson TA and/or TOEFL iBT TCA
- Experience as an invigilator or supervisor of formal exams
