Joinery Installer – Commercial Retail Fit-Outs
- Install custom cabinetry, counters, shelving and retail display units.
- Read and interpret shop drawings and installation plans.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and safety.
Fetch Recruitment are seeking experienced Joinery Installers to join one of our clients working across commercial retail fit-out projects.
You’ll have the opportunity to work on retail environments for recognised brands, including Adidas and other leading retailers, installing quality custom joinery and fixtures that bring retail spaces to life.
The Role:You’ll be involved in installing commercial retail joinery across a range of projects, working to plans, specifications and project deadlines.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Installing custom cabinetry, counters, shelving and retail display units.
- Fitting wall panelling, feature joinery and shop fixtures.
- Reading and interpreting shop drawings and installation plans.
- Measuring, setting out, levelling and aligning joinery accurately.
- Using power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Working closely with site supervisors, project managers and other trades.
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship, site presentation and safety.
- Completing installations efficiently and to project specifications.
About You
- Experience in commercial joinery installation, shopfitting or cabinet making.
- Strong skills in installing custom joinery and retail fixtures.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail and practical problem-solving skills.
- Reliable, punctual and motivated, with a strong work ethic.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Current driver's licence and reliable transport.
- White Card and relevant Australian work rights.
