Our client, an established national business growing their QLD presence, has earned a reputation for excellence in delivering landmark projects for Local Councils and Developers.

Within the bustling landscape industry, this organisation has assembled a strong team of over >30 professionals across multiple divisions, consistently delivering projects of the highest caliber.

Their specialty is the delivery of landscape packages on parks, playgrounds, residential and industrial estates, wetlands, schools, sports facilities etc.

They are known for promoting staff internally, meaning all employees have the opportunity to advance their career further into management and office roles.

The Opportunity

A chance awaits to step slowly into a role to showcase your skills within a high-performing landscape construction team in Ipswich.

Collaborate closely with a proven Foreman, Contract Administrator, and Project Managers, overseeing your crew to meet deadlines and deliver projects to expected standards.

Your responsibilities will encompass a comprehensive array of landscaping tasks, including concreting, structural work, retaining walls, paving, turfing, and planting etc.

The Role

• Read and interpret plans
• Site set out
• Manage a small crew
• Delegate duties
• Organise deliveries
• Hands-on landscaping
• Work in with subcontractors
• Report into the Foreman
• Assist with meeting construction deadlines

The Requirements

• Certificate III in Landscape Construction or Horticulture
• Machine Operating tickets (Bonus)
• Residential, commercial and/or civil landscaping experience considered
• Drivers License and willingness to travel
